Lose Weight in One Day
The night prior to the actual day, you should stop eating after 7 pm.
* On the actual day, do cardiovascular exercise early in the morning before breakfast. Your breakfast must be at least 1.5 hours after the exercise. This ensures body fat is used up first before the body start to look for carbohydrates as energy.
* Reduce your calories intake not more than 1200 for this day. You can further reduce 200 more to 1000 since you are resting at home.
* The diet is strictly on 70% vegetables and 30% fruits. This will include enough nutrients to cover for the day. Avoid all sugary and simple carbohydrate foods. No meat is allowed and don't overeat.
* Consume small portion of meals 5 or 6 times a day limiting to less than 200 calories per meal. That's simple if you consume mostly vegetables.
* Drink at least a cup of water before each meal. That will make you fill full and consume less food. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. You have to do this if you need to lose weight but stop drinking after 7 pm so that you have time to flush out water before weighing yourself. Remember to avoid all soda drinks.
You can weigh yourself at the end of the day, maybe 10 pm. You should be losing at least half a pound or more.
